协助客户处理OTC 日常业务 包括不仅限于以下工作内容： credit management, collection,cash application, reporting, billing, recon;

Process and code invoices in accordance with Accenture and client invoicing procedures and controls to ensure the team achieve their SLA targets

• Involved in credit management, collection, cash application, reporting, billing, recon;
• Ensure internal process controls are adhered
• Ensure process documents are up-to-date and version control is applied as appropriate.
• Ensure all customer/ client queries are responded & resolved within the stipulated Turn around Time (TAT).
• Identifying Areas of process improvements involving tangible benefits as defined by the organization.
• Demonstrating Accenture Professional Behaviors

• 大专以上学历，财务相关专业;
• 英语可以简单读写；
• 拥有财务背景， 有SAP、Oracle等系统使用经验优先；
• 熟练掌握MS Office办公软件，excel, power BI熟练优先
• 有责任心，承受工作压力的能力强。

• Diploma/college and above degree, Strong accounting related knowledge.
• Preferred 2 years experience in OTC Process.
• Good written English skills, Oral English is plus.
• Skillful on excel using.
• SAP experience, and power BI usage experience is a plus.
