Apples Channel Sales team in Greater China is responsible for the development and implementation of all indirect sales efforts for Apples full product offerings in China, HK, and Taiwan. To continue growing our GC business, were looking for senior sales and business analysts to join our team. Role requires the analysis of key product lines across various route-to-markets (e.g., carrier, online, etc.) within the GC retail landscape. You will provide a voice that advises the enablement process and business partners to help our team improve program efficiency and the experience for participants in Apple sales advocacy programs. Description We are seeking an expert manager and technical lead to join our team in building technologies for sales. - Strong leadership, management, planning and co-ordination skills. - Proven industry experience in this or a related field. - Experience with modern machine learning algorithms including large language models. - Engage with others to find opportunities, understand requirements, and translate those requirements into technical solutions - Design data science/machine learning approach, applying tried-and-true techniques or developing custom algorithms as needed by the business problem - Collaborate with data engineers and platform architects to implement robust production real-time and batch decisioning solutions - Communicate results of analyses to business partners and executives - Research new technologies and methods across data science, data engineering, and data visualization to improve the technical capabilities of the team Minimum Qualifications

• Detailed understanding of common machine/deep learning algorithms and practical experience in one or more of the following areas: time series forecasting, anomaly detection, convex optimization, computer vision, NLP, recommendation system and Auto ML
• Proven skill of negotiating and distilling sophisticated technical requirements from multiple partners into a coherent long-term platform roadmap.
• Proven experience in implementing and training large language models

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with leading projects and co-ordinating work across a team.
• Excellent project management skills including project structuring and leading work streams interdependently.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills, ability to convey meticulous mathematical concepts and considerations to non-experts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Mandarin Chinese and English
