Sales Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of specialists who provide technical and order related assistance/support to the internal and external customers of ABB. Each day, you will oversee the process, definition, implementation, and execution of customer support. You will also showcase your expertise by achieving targeted levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will be mainly accountable for: 1. Lead warranty team to handle with complaint case from customer and get the satisfactory result. Focus on domestic market business. 2. Expand and develop cooperation between the relevant partners and improve project service mode to improve customer satisfaction continuously. 3. Manage, monitor, develop service partner network to improve end customers satisfaction. 4. Maintain the good relationship between strategic customer in service part. Highlight service value, improve sales market share. 5. Design the warranty model by different product. 6. Accomplish annual target KPI, NPS 7. Cooperate with operation quality team, improve product quality level. 8. Improve team incentives, appraisal mechanism. 9. Optimize organization structure and develop subordinates abilities.

Qualifications for the role
  • 1. Bachelor Degree above, major in Engineering, Mechanism or equivalent
  • 2. More than 5 years experience in customer service area.
  • 3. Good customer service thinking.
  • 4. Good skill for customer relationship maintenance.
  • 5. Team worker, able to provide creative solutions and keep the collaboration principle driven by win-win situation and balance thinking
  • 6. Professional skills on project management
  • 7. Have a certain influence, able to establish and strengthen cooperative relations and its network to ensure to reach teamwork target
