Due to our continued growth and customer demand, we are hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Whitebox Switch R&D Engineer) whowill be based in Guangzhou to support the ANS business segment. If you are an engineer with apassion for new technologies and skills, we would love you to join our team!

How Youll Help Us Connect the World

Job responsibilities:

• Develop the underlying drivers, forwarding logic and performance optimization.
• Design and implement the upper-layer network application service module of switch.
• Participate in the coordination of hardware and software of white box switch to solve the compatibility problem of chip level and system level.

Required Qualifications and Experience for Consideration:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or the related ones.
• 3~5 years of communication related product development experience.
• Familiar with Broadcom switch chip architecture and SDK development process, with practical project experience.
• Deep understanding of Layer 2 / Layer 3 network protocols, with protocol stack development or optimization experience.
• Familiar with switch hardware architecture (ASIC/FPGA), TCAM entry management, and pipeline configuration.
• Good C/C++ programming ability, proficient in using common tools for software development and debugging.
