该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1，对生产过程中的产品质量进行监控，生成内部投诉，组织相关方分析缺陷原因并监督纠正措施的实施和验证有效性; 2，组织和实施产品审核，协助内、外部审核（过程、体系审核） 3，组织相关方对客户投诉产品进行原因分析，生成外部投诉，提供8D报告并监督纠正措施的实施和验证有效性； 4，量具的标定管理、MSA分析； 5，新品送样准备和批量试生产验证； 6，及时准确地提供各种质量数据统计分析报告； 7，督促检验人员严格按照检验规定进行检验，并对关键工位检验员（电检、目测）组织定期培训、指导和考核； 8，协助质量经理完成其它安排的工作。任职要求： 1，统招本科毕业，工科背景优先； 2，熟悉APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC质量工具,并有两年以上的相关实际工作经验； 3，掌握各种质量管理工具的应用； 4，具有良好的逻辑思维能力以及沟通协调能力； 5，能适应压力状态下工作； 6，英文水平优秀者优先
