该职位来源于猎聘 管家助理 工作内容： 1.掌握小区应知应会的内容，基本了解本小区《商品房质量保证书》、《精装房规范要求》、《业主临时规约》及相应的法律法规（《成都市物业管理条例》、《成都市养犬管理条例》）； 2.协助网格管家对总坪环境、公共设施设备、安全及外立面进行巡视，按时间规定签到；楼栋内公共区域环境情况、检查公共设施设备、安全状况，与相关部门通报信息，保证为客户提供良好的居住环境； 3.为本楼栋客户提供一切尽所能服务，对客户提出问题处理、跟进并及时反馈客户，收集相关信息及时反馈给电话中心，更新辖区客户资料并归入资料档案，建议重点客户名录，定期对重点上门拜访，与客户建立良好的关系，经常性的与住户沟通； 4.负责本楼栋的装修管理，熟悉本小区装修管理规定，对小区内所有装修户室、内外的日常装修巡查，将巡查情况记录在《装修现场巡查记录表》中，对装修过程中的装修纠纷及时告知装修管理员并积极协调处理； 协助社区文化建设和相关活动的策划、组织、实施工作，协助其他部门的工作，按时完成上级交办的其他任务； 任职要求： 1、身高158CM以上，相貌端正； 2、有物业行业或服务行业从业经验； 3、会操作办公软件。
