  • 整体架构设计：主导智能云产品体系的架构规划，构建包括混合云、多云管理、私有云、云原生、AIOps 等能力模块的统一架构体系

  • 平台演进规划：设计支持大模型训练与推理的智算平台架构，结合异构算力调度、弹性资源池、GPU虚拟化等技术提升平台算力效率

  • 模型开发平台设计：规划支持多种AI模型开发、训练、评估与部署的全生命周期平台，支持RAG、LoRA、微调等多样化需求

  • 数据与知识平台架构：构建高效的数据处理与知识管理平台，支持结构化与非结构化数据处理、知识图谱构建与语义索引能力

  • 智能体开发平台设计：打造支持Agent构建、推理调度、任务编排与反馈优化的基础平台，服务于复杂场景下的智能体运行与部署

  • 关键技术选型与落地：指导产品选型与工程实现，解决产品演进中的技术挑战，推动产品高可用性、可扩展性与安全性设计

  • 协同与赋能：与产品、研发、交付团队深度协作，推动架构设计方案落地，参与核心客户交流与项目方案支持；

岗位要求：

1、计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业优先，2年以上工作经验；

2、熟悉主流虚拟化/超融合产品（VMware、Nutanix、SmartX等）的基础服务与架构，有云计算相关认证者优先；

3、优秀的英文能力（CET-6或同等以上），能熟练撰写英文文档；

4、主动性强，适应快节奏工作，能高效协同跨部门团队。
