该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、 负责整车动力性、经济性的性能开发标准、流程的制定； 2、 负责项目整车VTSSSTS集成编制及发布，项目各阶段进度推进、阀点交付及风险管控； 3、 负责竞品车型动力经济性性能分析研究； 4、 负责整车及平台项目前期动力经济性性能仿真和优化、各阶段样车试验、问题推进等验证工作。 5、 支持能耗公告认证摸底及正式试验。 6、 协助售后解决动力经济性性能相关问题； 任职要求： 1、 8年以上动力经济性性能整车开发工作经验，全日制本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、动力等相关专业； 2、 有1个及以上主流新能源OEM工作经验（增程项目开发经验优先）； 3、 熟悉主流OEM乘用车开发流程和性能开发流程，并对各阶段的工作目标、交付物质量有清晰的理解和认知； 4、 能够熟练使用AVL CRUISEMATLAB等软件； 5、 为人诚实正直，具备较强的组织协调能力，团队合作能力强，具备较好的语言表达和沟通能力。Job Info:
