该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 制定小分子药物研发平台整体策略和研发计划，按期完成平台的能力建设； 2. 小分子药物研发团队的搭建与能力建设工作； 3. 负责技术难点攻关，确保按计划推进项目进度； 4. 与商业部门合作，提供技术支撑，实现商业目标； 5. 根据企业发展战略，进行中长期性技术储备工作。 6.负责项目实施结果的汇报、项目相关知识产权（专利及论文等）的撰写与提交 7.参与对外合作研究及其他临时任务（基金申请、技术支持等）。 任职要求： 1.全日制硕士研究生及以上学历，有机化学、制药、药学、医学等相关专业； 2.精通药物研发中路线设计、分析鉴定、工艺放大、中试、工艺验证和合规化生产等知识； 3.精通文献检索； 4.10年及以上从分子设计、先导物优化合成到Pilot工艺放大、工艺验证、支持生产经验；5年以上项目管理经验，熟悉完整的小分子类药品研发流程和临床报批内容及程序； 5.熟悉国内外小分子药物最新发展动态； 6.负责过小分子创新药和仿制药的立项研发申报工作，熟悉小分子新药研发流程和注册法规要求，具有丰富的小分子仿制药和创新药原料药工艺开发、结构确证、中试放大、生产验证技术和CMC经验； 7.较强的逻辑思维及表达沟通能力、组织管理能力、执行力、抗压力和团队精神； 8.良好的英语读写能力； 9.有多年原料药头部企业公司工作经验优先。
