该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、负责统筹集团各品牌在全球范围内的商标、版权等知识产权布局，主导品牌、产品在境内外的知识产权全流程事务，包括但不限于申请/登记、注册、续展、异议、无效等环节。 2、建立并持续维护集团重点商标监控体系，确保持续保留核心商标使用证据，并对第三方注册商标采取必要的维权行动。 3、为新产品上市及市场推广活动提供法律支持，开展侵权风险排查，有效识别并规避潜在侵权风险。 4、负责审核与知识产权相关的各类法律文件，包括商标许可协议、授权书、IP联名合作协议等。 5、监测竞争对手及行业知识产权动态，为公司市场竞争策略与产品开发决策提供信息支持与法律建议。 6、为业务团队提供及时、专业的知识产权法律咨询与培训，提升全员知识产权意识与风险防控能力。 7、负责管理海关知识产权保护系统的备案与维护工作。 8、组织申报知识产权相关的政府资助项目及资质认定。 9、完成其他与知识产权相关的专项工作。 任职要求: 1、 本科及以上学历，法学或知识产权专业背景优先，已通过国家统一法律职业资格考试或持有商标代理人等相关专业资格者优先。 2、具备5年以上知识产权领域相关工作经验，拥有至少3年日化美妆、消费品或相关行业背景者优先。 3、熟悉国内外商标、版权等知识产权法律法规与实务流程，能够独立主导并处理知识产权全流程事务。 4、优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够作为工作语言沟通和撰写法律文书。 5、具备出色的沟通协调、项目管理与逻辑分析能力，能够敏锐识别问题并提供切实可行的解决方案。
