该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 1、主导面向智能家居机器人的生成式AI与具身智能整体算法路线，构建从数据到训练、评测与部署的端到端方案； 2、设计与优化多模态大模型（VLA/VLM/World Model/Policy 模型），落地 Text2Motion、Whole-Body Control、操作序列生成、家庭任务规划； 3、推动仿真到实机（Sim2Real）能力建设，支持移动、抓取、整理、巡检、交互等关键场景； 4、建立家居场景数据闭环（采-训-评-推），牵头落地自研标注/回流与在线评测体系； 5、组织对外学术与行业交流，主导高质量技术报告/论文输出与专利布局。 职位要求： 1、计算机/机器人/自动化等相关硕博，3年以上算法研发经验； 2、精通 Python，熟悉 Transformer、Diffusion、RL/IL，掌握 PyTorch/DeepSpeed 分布式训练； 3、具备大模型预训练/指令微调/对齐经验，熟悉 Llama/Mixtral/MotionGPT/VideoDiffusion 等； 4、了解多模态（CLIP/BLIP/LLaVA/CogVLM）与Agent框架，具备Prompt/Tool-Use/Agent落地经验； 5、优秀的跨团队协同与工程推动能力，能将前沿技术快速产品化。 加分项： 1、具身视频/世界模型论文成果（CVPR/ICML/ICLR 等）或开源项目主贡献； 2、具有家庭服务机器人/移动操作机器人量产经验； 3、在国产/边缘芯片上完成模型量化与部署（TensorRT、Ascend、地平线等）。
