About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key part in executing offline and digital marketing campaigns, managing channel operations, and supporting brand initiatives across various platforms. Candidates with financial industry experience will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns including promotions, exhibitions, roadshows, content collaborations, and interactive events.
  • Independently manage end-to-end implementation of offline marketing events—such as material preparation, vendor coordination, venue management, event logistics, on-site troubleshooting, and post-event reporting.
  • Ensure timely progress of each marketing activity through proactive project tracking and internal communication.
  • Operate and manage official social media accounts including WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.; publish engaging content, respond to user comments, and foster online community engagement.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating company website and backend platforms with relevant content and information.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with media contacts, KOLs/KOCs, and industry partners to expand brand exposure.
  • Analyze marketing outcomes and suggest improvements to optimize future campaigns.
  • Complete other ad hoc marketing tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or operations, with proven success in executing marketing projects.
  • Solid understanding of marketing workflows and familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (for presentations), Excel (for data handling), and Word (for documentation).
  • Ability to learn and work with CRM systems, email automation tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Excellent execution, communication, and coordination skills; capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a strong advantage.
