To provide legal advice, analysis, support and solutions to business to protect company interests and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Your Role

The role holder needs to be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills. He/she needs to be able to communicate effectively at all levels with all people. The role holder also needs to be detail oriented and able to handle multi-task. He/she needs to have business acumen that enables him/her to understand business and provide pragmatic and practical solutions for business.

Your Responsibilities

• To draft, review and negotiate bilingual contracts for all business units and functional units;
• To draft, review and approve various legal documents required during the business process, e.g. various kinds of Letter of Indemnity, lawyers letter;
• To provide legal advice and support to business regarding various legal issues occurred in the various business activities, policies, practices and transactions, propose solutions from legal perspective while in the same time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
• To handle various litigations involving KN;
• To maintain and update legal SOPs and standard templates according to business needs;
