Converting Process Engineer(综合工程)

.Lead technician team ,provide technical support to converting process,implementing production technology ,processability and qualityimprovement

Lead the composite technician team, provide technical support for the composite process, and improve production technology, production efficiency and product quality.

.To introduce the new machine/process and technology of RFID manufacturing to make them have a more stable process and higher productivity in current situation.

Introduce new RFID technology, new process and new equipment to make them have a more stable process and higher productivity in the current situation.

.WI / SOP creation, review, update and training to production people

Compound process operation guidelines and operating procedures preparation, regular review, update and related training for production staff

.To investigate issues in daily production and work out the solutions.

Investigate problems in daily production and develop solutions.

.Training and development of technician and operator,

Responsible for the training and development of technicians and production staff

.Cooperate with NPI engineer and production team for new product introduction.

Cooperate with production team and product engineer to launch new products.

.Raise requirements to suppliers to improve both software and hardware.

.Other task assigned by supervisor

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor

.At least 2 years working experience in lamination, converting or printing process

At least two years of working experience in composite die-cutting or printing industry

. Familiar with machines (structure & working theory) and related process. Industrial control and RFID-related experience is preferred.

Familiar with the equipment structure and working principles, and those with experience in industrial control and RFID will be given priority.
